Our Technique of The Month video for March is a small clip taken from one of our Level One (6th & 5th Kyu) This clip shows David Wilson demonstrating a counter attack against a lunge punch. Using a parry rather than a block, David redirects his attacker's force before countering with an array of kicks and punches to destroy the attacker. To finish David takes his opponent to the ground with a half sacrifice neck throw. The strikes and kicks in this clips are all taught at 6th and 5th kyu level. The student must not only perform these techniques but demonstrate them with fluidity while learning how to work the opponents body
