Secondary Target Areas Fighting Concepts
Description: Secondary Target Areas: small joints (of the hands and feet), large joints (elbows and knees) and the groin.
- Small joints in the fingers can be easily broken if twisted or snapped back against the joint.
- A strong stomp to the top of the foot can break or fracture many of the tiny bones in that area.
- Larger joints like the knees and elbows can be kicked, twisted or bent backwards.
- Last but certainly not least, kicking, twisting or crushing the groin can cause extreme pain
