This is a Counter to a typical Round Kick to the body or thigh for that matter. kicks to the shin should be checked. This is a great effective counter that relies majorly on Timing

This is a Demonstration of a Rear Naked Choke. a solid MMA move, I found it odd how they do it different of BJJ, and Didn't lock your hand behind the opponents head, to ' lock ' it in. instead sort of muscleing it in a way

This is a Demonstration of a Horiztonal Butt Stroke. Almost Identical to the Buttstroke of Krav Maga, But they didn't mention anything.. They did however combo it with a slash and thrust, so that was a difference
